On a side note, shouldn't it be: "Whom do you hate?" I always thought whom is associated with him while who is associated with he. Just curious..

The character in the film says "Who do you hate?" so it's the way it's presented in the actual film. In the dialogue, he doesn't say "whom".
No need to proofread for us, we got it covered.... :)
Just like the George Thorogood song called "Who Do You Love?"... it's just that, when people actually say this, have you EVER heard someone say "whom"?
